In level I-B, our focus is to build a strong foundation for self-discovery, self-recognition, and internal realization in the advanced courses. In Level I-A, we opened the Life Gate and activated the internal power station to increase internal energy levels, and we developed the Central Energy Circulating System. In this next sequence of Level I-B, we open and activate the Marrow Gate and Brain Gate as well, to increase our awareness levels of the internal body for good management and self-mastery. A special internal energy connection practice will be introduced in this course for developing internal strength and balance. The Wisdom Gate opening and activating exercise, in combination with the Complementary Centers Integrating Practice, will not only enhance internal balance and harmony but also increase the internal energy levels. These practices are important and necessary for preparing the body to experience the internal energy flow, and for preparing the mind to understand the information of our internal bodies in the course of level II.

The focus of this two-day seminar will be on the second set of fundamental Yi Ren Qigong practices. In Level I, we activated the internal power station to increase internal energy levels, and we developed the central energy circulating system. In this next sequence, we continue to open and develop the internal energy pathways in order to energize the internal organs.
This initiation of the energetic and informational functions of the organs is a critical aspect of the cultivation process. It is the precondition for understanding our nature or character within. The internal organ pathways form the bridge between the mind and the inner self. These Level II exercises play a very important role in developing emotional well-being, and help practitioners to gain internal realization about their self, raising subconscious material up to the conscious level as well as providing informational feedback about our state of mind, our interactions with others, our habitual responses, and our environment.
Fee: $220.00 to May 7; $240.00 to May 16; $250.00 at the door.

In Yi Ren Qigong Level I, we activated and developed the central energy circulating system, and in Level II we continued to open the internal energy pathways in order to energize the internal organs, and to bridge the mind and the inner self. In Level III we build upon these foundations of internal cultivation, and learn how to integrate this internal energy with the larger energy field surrounding us. Our focus in Level III is on the extraordinary meridians, which connect with the internal organ meridians. Development of this complete meridian network promotes internal balance and harmony.
Practice of the extraordinary meridians exercises enhances internal organ communication and enhances communications between the internal energy system and the greater environment surrounding us. The extraordinary meridian exercises, which directly affect the nervous system/brain and the endocrine system, will help practitioners to integrate the body's entire energy-information system. With regular practice of the extraordinary meridian exercises, practitioners will notice that they receive valuable feedback and information about the various elements of their environment and living conditions, such as food, interactions with people, and geographic locations, as well as a general amplification of intuitive ability and a greater sense of connection to Nature and the energies of the seasons. This greater communication and refined perception enables better decision-making and a much greater awareness of the unique nature and character of much that may have passed beneath notice before. As the internal energy synchronizes with the environment, practitioners are more able to pick up on these cues from the surrounding energy field and to choose those elements, ideas, resources, that create the greatest synergy for them, enhancing their effectiveness and achievement, and providing a basis for continued growth.
Fee: $220.00 to July 2; $240.00 to July 11; $250.00 at the door.
