Level IA: Foundation
(The prerequisite for all subsequent courses.)
Welcome to the ancient
art and practice of Qigong! This class teaches the foundational exercises for practicing
Yi Ren® Qigong. The purpose of these exercises is to build more energy, activate
and stabilize the energy field, and to develop the body's information system. In
this class we learn a series of gentle and relaxing movement and breathing exercises,
which are designed to refresh, restore and reorganize our sense of well being. We
will learn to construct an energy field, open and activate energy centers, develop
the internal energy circulation system, increase vitality, enhance immunity, improve
sleep, feel more connected to the Earth, and relax! We will build a foundation to
create more harmony and balance in our daily life.

Policy effective January 1, 2005
Discounts for classes:
$10 if the class has
been taken previously.
$10 for each of multiple family members taking the same class at the same time
only one discount PER PERSON can be taken for any class.
Refunds for classes
(we will not be issuing credits):
IQ&IAM receives cancellation
request at least 5 days prior to the first scheduled class
--Full Refund.
IQ&IAM receives cancellation
request 1-4 days prior to the first scheduled class
– cost
of class less $15 processing fee.
IQ&IAM receives cancellation
request within 24 hours of the first scheduled class, or
within the first two weeks of the class --
Cost of class less $40.
No refunds after
the first two weeks of class.
