In this course we continue to open and develop the internal energy pathways to energize the internal organs. Practitioners learn acu-pressure techniques, and specific exercises to balance and energize the organ meridians. The internal organ pathways form the bridge between the mind and the inner self. These exercises play an essential role in developing emotional well being, and help practitioners gain internal realization, raising subconscious material to the conscious level as well as providing informational feedback about our state of mind, interactions with others, habitual responses, and our environment.
